How does the Free plan work?
The Free plan is fully functional — portfolio, base equity and income, cashflow, multi-market support, property management (tenants / tasks / documents) and personal finances. You only pay if you want the 10-year forecast, Stackhold Strategy or the Cockpit (Stackhold Assistant).
What's the difference between Founding Member and Premium Yearly?
Founding Member is a limited-time offer at NZ$99 / year while Stackhold is new — you get every Premium feature, locked-in pricing, and a direct line to the team to shape what we build next. Premium Yearly is the standard ongoing plan once founder spots close.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly both include a 7-day free trial. Founding Member skips the trial because the price is already a heavy discount on Premium Yearly.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Change plan any time from Settings inside the app. If you switch from monthly to yearly we'll prorate; if you switch to monthly you'll move at the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe on the web. Native iOS and Android billing will be added when the mobile apps land.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes — we offer a 14-day refund on Premium Yearly and Founding Member purchases if you haven't used AI-generated plans. Just email us.
What about iOS and Android pricing?
Mobile apps are in active development. Once they ship, in-app purchases will mirror the web pricing as closely as the App Store and Play Store allow.
Do you offer discounts for mortgage brokers / accountants?
Yes. If you're a NZ / AU / US mortgage broker, financial adviser or accountant, we offer partner pricing and the ability to share workspaces with clients (beta). Get in touch.
